Key Points

We do not sell your data. We do not run ads. We collect only what we need to make the platform work. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

1. What We Collect

Information you give us directly

  • Email address, when you create an account.
  • Display name, if you choose to set one in settings.
  • Protocol and tracker data: peptide names, doses, schedules, and logs you enter into the tracker.
  • Saved calculations: any calculations you choose to save.
  • Communications, if you email us at hello@doserr.co.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data: we may collect information about how the platform is used to improve the service.
  • Device and browser type, for debugging and compatibility.
  • IP address, collected by our hosting infrastructure. Not used for tracking or profiling.

What we do not collect

  • We do not collect health or medical information. The tracker stores what you tell it; we do not interpret or analyze it.
  • We do not collect sensitive personal information.

2. How We Use It

  • To operate the platform: your account, tracker, and saved calculations.
  • To send transactional emails: account confirmation, password reset. No marketing emails unless you opt in.
  • To improve the platform: aggregated, anonymized usage data helps us understand what to build next.
  • To respond to your messages, if you contact us.

We do not use your data to train AI models, build advertising profiles, or sell to third parties under any circumstances.

3. Third-Party Services

Supabase

Our database and authentication provider. Your account credentials and all user data are stored in Supabase. Supabase is SOC 2 Type II certified. supabase.com/privacy

Vercel / Lovable

Our hosting infrastructure. Handles web traffic and deployment. No user data is stored by the hosting layer beyond standard server logs.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting, cookieless analytics. No personal data is shared with analytics providers. No cross-site tracking.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any advertising network.

4. Data Retention

  • Account data: retained until you delete your account.
  • Tracker and protocol data: deleted immediately when you delete your account.
  • Saved calculations: deleted immediately when you delete your account.
  • Server logs: typically retained for 30 days for security purposes.
  • Support emails: retained for up to 2 years.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access: request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate data.
  • Deletion: delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
  • Export: download a JSON export of all your data from the Settings page.
  • Opt out of marketing: we will not send marketing emails without your explicit opt-in.

To exercise any right, use the Settings page or email hello@doserr.co. We respond within 30 days.

6. California Residents (CCPA / CPRA)

This section applies to California residents and supplements the policy above.

Categories of personal information we collect

  • Identifiers: email address, IP address.
  • Internet activity: pages visited, features used.
  • User-generated content: tracker entries, saved calculations, protocol data.

We do not sell or share personal information

Doserr does not sell, rent, trade, or share personal information with third parties for their own commercial purposes. There is nothing to opt out of; we simply do not do it.

Your CCPA rights

  • Right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it.
  • Right to delete your personal information.
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to opt out of sale of personal information (we do not sell it).
  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights.

To submit a request: email hello@doserr.co with your name and the email address on your account. We will acknowledge within 10 days and respond fully within 45 days.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication via Supabase, and row-level security on all database tables so users can only access their own data.

No method of internet transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but take reasonable measures to protect your information.

8. Children

Doserr is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us at hello@doserr.co and we will delete it promptly.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance.
