Each compound targets a distinct pathway: BPC-157 for local tissue repair and gut barrier, TB-500 for systemic tissue repair and angiogenesis, GHK-Cu for collagen and skin signaling, KPV for cytokine-level anti-inflammatory activity in the gut. The four-compound combination is the community answer to comprehensive repair coverage.
Four-compound stacks are difficult to troubleshoot. Start with a simpler stack first if you are new to peptides. Both BPC-157 and TB-500 are WADA prohibited. Active IBD or injury should be evaluated by a clinician.
Stacks are synthesized from community use patterns plus the published evidence on each component compound. See each compound's page for citations.
